BP Projects intends to actively participate in the infrastructural development industry by directly investing and acquiring equity in profitable business entities that distribute building supplies with a vast potential for growth, whether they are already in existence or in their formation stages. Forming strategic alliances therewith also remains a key feature of BP Projects.

KEY PERSONNEL

Our key personnel include a team of well qualified men and women all of whom are equipped with the latest trends in project management techniques. The trends are kept up to date through training, constant practical exposure and constant interaction through networking with other leaders in the industry.

Our core team is headed by our Principal, Mr Sibusiso Bophela CAIB (SA), Pr CPM. Sibusiso Bophela qualified as a Civil Engineering Technician in January 1983 and thereafter worked on large civil & building projects in KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape and Gauteng. His 34 years experience in the construction industry dates back to 1978 and includes direct supervision and management of construction projects , project management , maintenance co-ordination , development and training of emerging contractors , facilitation and supervision of community labour intensive programmes .

Sbu has the following qualifications; Diploma in Project Management, ABP, SPCM , CAIB (SA), B.Tech Management , Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Advanced Project Management Programme from UNISA . Having registered as an Accredited Mentor for the Emerging Contractors, Sbu is also registered as Professional construction Project Manager with SACPCMP – The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions. Sbu is now Chairperson of the SCI – SEDA Construction Incubator since 2012 after serving as a Board Member since June 2010.

Our capacity is further strengthened by our strategic partnership with Fivestar Projects and NCM QS who are Technical Consultants to BP Projects specialise in Civil & Structural Engineering and Quantity Surveying Professions as Professionals in these fields respectively.
